Our crew works throughout Silver Springs regularly, and because the community is unincorporated, all permits are pulled through the Marion County Building Department, not a city office. We are familiar with the county review process, which jobs require inspections, and how to schedule work so a permit delay does not hold up a project for weeks.
Most properties we visit in Silver Springs are single-family homes on quarter-acre to half-acre lots along SR 40, which is the main road running east from Ocala toward Silver Springs State Park and the Ocala National Forest. Homes close to the springs often have more vegetation and root pressure around hardscape than homes further out, and we plan our base work accordingly. The Silver River corridor adds to the area's distinct character and is something residents here are genuinely proud of.
We also serve the communities just east of here. For homeowners heading toward the university city to the north, Gainesville, FL is another area we cover regularly. To the west, our home base in Ocala is a short drive away, and we run crews across all of Marion County every week.
